Yessssssss. Typical Puerto-Rican holiday food. Expected at all holiday parties. I look forward most to potato salads. No potato salad = huge disappointment.
I was going to make some today; I was super excited. I was going to fry bacon. I had boiled eggs. I started boiling the potatoes. And then my mom drops a bomb: no mayo. Sadness.
